Values + Vision

Renew. Reconnect. Reawaken.

Rooted in Spirit. Grounded in Community. Grown Through Love.

At Mén Beni Gardening, our impact is not just measured in numbers, it's measured in stories, soil, and spirit. As a Black, Haitian-led nonprofit based in Miami, we use food sovereignty, community gardening, and cultural wellness to heal generational disconnection from land, identity, and ancestral knowledge.

Together, we are renewing the body, reconnecting the mind, and reawakening the spirit one seed, one soul, one sacred offering at a time.

What Our Community Is Saying

“This was an experience. My husband and I left the Sip and Plant and had one of the deepest conversations we've ever had. He shared that he and his friends never really talk about emotions. I told him how I often hide how I feel and disconnect. This space made me feel safe enough to open up, and I didn’t even realize how much I needed that. Thank you for creating this space and for the work you do.”

Sip and Plant guest, Miami, FL

“We need more people like you, Black, passionate, creative women who lead with heart. The work you're doing is amazing. Our community needs this kind of healing. It’s more than just a program, it’s a movement.”
