Pillar 01

Renew

Mind · Body · Spirit · Mental Health

We create intentional space to restore what has been depleted — individually and collectively. Renewal is both personal and communal, woven through everything we do.

Pillar 02

Reconnect

Self · Community · Culture · Food Justice

Food is culture. Gathering is medicine. We strengthen the bonds that sustain us through shared meals, cultural celebrations, and programs that honor our Haitian roots.

Pillar 03

Reawaken

Environment · Ancestral Knowledge · Purpose

The Té Nou Reconnect Series reactivates ancestral practices. Each workshop deepens our relationship with the natural world and our cultural memory, building toward the annual Summit.
