Manjé Avec Mwen is Mén Beni Gardening’s annual Haitian Flag Day initiative, offering nourishing meals, wellness services, and radical care to our unhoused community in Little Haiti.
In 2025, over 200 people received food, support, and most importantly, dignity.

At Mén Beni Gardening, We believe that when a community cares for it most vulnerable through small acts of kindness, it plants the seeds of collective healing and shared humanity. Our Manjé Avec Mwen intitative is rooted in this this truth offering meals, diginity, and wellness support to those often left unseen. Becasue every gesture , no atter how small, carries the power to uplift.
